By using PrivForge ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The Service

PrivForge provides free, browser-based tools for file conversion, formatting, and other utility tasks. All processing happens client-side in your browser unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific tool page.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that tools will produce error-free results. You are responsible for verifying the output of any tool before relying on it for critical purposes.

3. Your Data

Because all processing happens in your browser, we do not have access to your files or data. You retain full ownership of everything you process through our tools. We make no claim to any content you create, modify, or convert using PrivForge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Scrape or automate access to the Service beyond normal usage
  • Remove or alter any attribution, copyright notices, or branding

5. Intellectual Property

The PrivForge name, logo, design, and code are the property of PrivForge. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's design or code without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivForge and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or corrupted output.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
